I used to suffer from anxiety, had the blackouts, fainted in public (school, work and at the mall), and felt I couldn't breathe. No matter how tired I was, I couldn't sleep at night. I'd jerk my feet back and forth and wasn't aware. My now ex would ask me to stop. I would, but would soon be moving them again without realizing. After my doc diagnosed me, he put me on several meds until we got the right one. It literally changed my life. I now sleep, can get up front of large groups (doctors & staff) and give presentations. My only regret is not knowing this sooner. It would've saved me a lot of embarrassing moments.
