My anxiety has gone down since this time last year. I had to take Lexapro. Started with 20mg, then when I realized I was pregnant I went down to 10mg, eventually to 5mg. After I had my baby this past March I had to higher the dose again because the anxiety was coming back unfortunately. Now I've been so concerned about losing weight, sometimes I forget to take the Lexapro, because I want to take something to lose weight. So now I've been feeling these weird pains in the back of my head. Like little pulling sensations, if I'm laying on my back, the back of my head feels numb or tingly. Is this normal? I'm really afraid of doctors and afraid of what i'm feeling. I do not want to trigger my anxiety again. Has anyone ever felt this before? Thank you in advance.

I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
