So the answer is yes, for the past few nights. I'm going to go lay on my couch with a super warm blanket, an aspirin and one of dogs with a soul and take a nap.
Not any longer i took my life back just because i wanted to however i only can sleep no longer then 6 hrs i make sure threw out the day i do something active anything possable that i can sleep im in bed by 10 and up by 3 or 5 Am any longer i end up with a headache
sometimes during the afternoon by 2 PM im yawning madly like i feel the need to sleep it comes on outta the blue but i get up to move around but in Pa the weather keeps me in like a freakin hermit with the weather

Barr, I have learned to get out of bed when I am awake. If I do not the thought train gets in high gear.
