I made it through my first full day at work after 3 weeks. I was anxious, had some panic attacks, felt like I was losing my mind a few times, but I made it through the day. It was ROUGH!!!, but I did it. I wanted to let everybody know because I am not the only one who suffers from such debiltating crap:) that with some serious determination when you feel like you could crawl into a hole, feel like you are so on edge you could jump out of your skin, crappy unreal feelings, etc.. I could go on for days..everybody can get through it. I swear sometimes I feel like I'll be stuck like this forever, but I am going to make it. Of course I had that safe bottle of xanax w/ me and didn't take any, though I'm sure I will be taking one tonight. Just wanted to give someone who feels like me hope that they can do it too. HUGS to everyone for your support that I've rec'd and will receive in the future, it makes a difference.
