Hi. I just joined this group and am hoping that it might help me find some solice and centering during the day at work and on evenings when anxiety strikes. I have had panic attacks in the past, but more recently it's just been a constant more "generalized" form. It's usually triggered by feeling lonely, alone, or when I'm starting a new friendship or relationship. I hope that I can join in some discussions, create posts that may be helpful to other..and see if it helps! I'm very happy to have found this site.

I miss traveling with my husband. Has anyone found a specific site regarding cruising for widow/widowers or any sightseeing trips.
