having an anxiety attack at the moment, well its not full blown but i need to calm down, mny boyfriends at the gym at the moment but shud be back soon im scared :(

are you feeling any better? i had a terrible attack last night. luckily a friend called me and got my mind off of it while i calmed down. you can write me if that helps.

i know how this is it totally sucks. i find if i'm alone and i'm having one it helps to phone a friend who will litsten and that will occupy me till my husband gets home to help me through it

I'm sorry and I hope you feel better by now. I usually try to keep myself engaged in activities that I like when I get anxious..such as listening to music, watching funny tv shows...etc. I know it's hard to focus when you are having an anxiety but it's worth to try. I can't even sit still and think straight when I have anxiety attacks.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse.
