This is my first visit to this site. I have an 11 year old son that suffers from constant stomach problems. He like others mentioned has been diagnosed with IBS but after reading a lot of these disscussions, I really think he might have anxiety disorder. He doesn't want to go to school, he has a lot of stomach problems, he always makes sure the doors are locked before bed, he says his teachers put too much pressure on him, has no self esteem, and I could go on. My problem is that I am a single mother and I am afraid that if I try to take my son to a therapist or put him on medications his Dad will just say that he would be better off with him. Does anyone know of any other treatments and where to start with a proper diagnosis? Thanks in advance for your advice and/or support.

I miss traveling with my husband. Has anyone found a specific site regarding cruising for widow/widowers or any sightseeing trips. Not interested in being with couples and kids,,,I realize a cruise ship will have a portion size of families and couples, but perhaps they also put together a part of the cruise ship for groups of widows/widowers????
