Does anyone else have days where you just cant seem to shake the anxiety no matter what you do? Today and some yesterday I had this overwhelming feeling that I was going to die or something terrible(like I was going to pass out, have a heart attack, quit breathing, lose my vision, have to rush myself to the hospital again, etc.) was gonna happen. I have been feeling dizzy, having teary and blurry eyes, feeling really keyed up, tight-chested, and joint pain. Does anyone have any suggestions please? Do I need to exercise more? Can certain foods trigger anxiety. Today I had a turkey sub with provolone cheese and I started to feel dizzy while I was eating it and my view of things chaged back and forth...like the way things look.

I miss traveling with my husband. Has anyone found a specific site regarding cruising for widow/widowers or any sightseeing trips. Not interested in being with couples and kids,,,I realize a cruise ship will have a portion size of families and couples, but perhaps they also put together a part of the cruise ship for groups of widows/widowers????
