What do you to fall asleep when you have problems? I am using Lunesta when I can't sleep, though I would like to stop & do different, natural techniques. I am out of town now, so don't want to try anything new until I am home. But, I am going to start just focusing on breathing, clearing my mind of everything else, and just thinking, "in, out" with each breath. I'm also not eating or exercising too late, and trying to turn down the lights to lessen stimulation. I'd love to hear what works for all of you! Big hugs & happy MLK day tomorrow!
