And a wonderful good morning to everyone!!! I'm up and dressed and almost ready for the day. I'm off to take the twins to school. Then back to get ready for my silver sneakers class at 10:30. It's still kind of warm here, in the 40's and it's supposed to be rainy today. But, I am positive I am going to have a good day!!! What are you all up to today?? I hope you all have fun plans!!

I am waiting to leave the house to see my counselor. Before going I usually start thinking of things and I get stirred up. I think that is good though it feels yuck.
Last night I was reading in my "The Anxiety & Phobia Workbook" and answered questions for "Co-Dependency". I scored really high. I always thought that word had something to do with spouses of alcoholics. I am curious what will be helpful to me to get over that.
