I've always heard that exercise is great for relieving anxiety, but i went to my doctors today and she said that my walking everyday may actually be slowing down my weight loss progress and that walking every other day is better for my anxiety. I have walked for about a half an hour everyday for 15 years and find it kind of strange that a doctor would recommend cutting back to walking. Has anyone ever heard of this?

I miss traveling with my husband. Has anyone found a specific site regarding cruising for widow/widowers or any sightseeing trips. Not interested in being with couples and kids,,,I realize a cruise ship will have a portion size of families and couples, but perhaps they also put together a part of the cruise ship for groups of widows/widowers????
