I will occasionally get a squeezing chest pain, palpitations, high blood pressure, and high heart rate. When this happens I get pain in my neck and my upper back and I find myself becoming terrified that I'm having a heart attack! I have hypertension, and have dealt with dilated cardiomyopathy and tachycardia for years. My stress test and echo came out okay, but I still worry that something is going on when this happens. My father died at the age of 42 of a heart attack and I am 35 and already having these problems. Does this sound worrisome to you or am I just being too nervous??

I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
