Anger Management Support Group
Anger management commonly refers to therapeutic techniques by which someone with excessive or uncontrollable anger can control or reduce their emotions. Typical examples include the use of deep breathing and meditation as a means to relaxation. Psychologists recommend a balanced approach, which both controls the emotion and allows it to express itself in a healthy way.

What is the worst road ragey thing you did?
I have 2.
1. This ass gets on my tail when I went to pass another car, he came up on me about 100 miles an hour and it slowed him down, I never saw him coming. When I went back into the slow lane, he swerved toward my, trying to push me off the road. So... I managed to get ahead of him, he tried to pass me and when he was just coming up on me, I grabbed a handful of coins and threw them out the window, they hit the bright, shiny red hood of his big ass pickup truck. Did I feel bad, no.
2. I was going across a crosswalk, and this old fart in a jaguar makes the turn to go into the lot where I am crossing on the sidewalk, and hits my leg with his car. I was carrying my at the time 4 month old daughter. I waited for him to go inside the building, put my daughter in the car, and got out the keys. I was so mad that when I keyed his car, chips of paint came off. Then I drove away. Asshole. Did I feel bad? No.
How about you?

Maybe resisting the urge to retalitate could be the catalyst for overcoming that particular emotional outburst.

I can't stand those jerks on bicycles that think traffic should come to a crawl for them when they could use the damn sidewalk. Once I passed one of them so close the bitch wobbled and almost fell. Scared the crap out of her. Did I feel bad? No!

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
