Anger Management Support Group
Anger management commonly refers to therapeutic techniques by which someone with excessive or uncontrollable anger can control or reduce their emotions. Typical examples include the use of deep breathing and meditation as a means to relaxation. Psychologists recommend a balanced approach, which both controls the emotion and allows it to express itself in a healthy way.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
i watch the ricky hatton fight and people kept laughing and i wanted to smack every one
The problem lies in the fact that you said that you "go mad". When you upset yourself to the point that your blood pressure rises, or your pulse quickens, this is not good for you. Also if you find yourself obsessing about these things, that is not good for you. When you feel this coming on, try taking deep breaths and removing yourself from the situation/TV - stop watching whatever is making you upset. And if it is the thought of someone being hurt that gets you upset, try to focus on something positive.
The best way to help feed your need to be compassionate? Go volunteer somewhere and help out in a hospital or a woman's shelter. You will feel a little more in control of the situation.
But remember, this is a cruel world and bad things are not going to go away - you have to learn to focus on the good that people do in the world.
