we all know how anger feels and the destruction it does, and can do. But how about the times when there was that Hope, as in those circumstances where anger was met with what is being learned to being applied. ths is a topic that reflects more on what i my self look as what i would love to apply in my life . i know the problem but not as much as the solution. and i would just love to hear some feedback on real life solutions
