that is what pisses me off. if i just start to think of shit that bothers me i get real angry. I guess if you think about it thoughts are what pisses everybody off. Something happens and you sit there and dwell on it, and then it pisses you off because of the way you feel about it. like somebody cutting you off, or your boss yelling at you, maybe your s/o fuked someone else, or your fav team loses. I wonder we get pissed because our feelings get hurt, or just because we cannot answer certain things with logic.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
as for the anger....the biggest thing that has helped me is inviting forgiveness into the situation....i know that is difficult and a lot easier said than done...the other thing that is helping me is remembering that becoming so angry destoys more around me...so then i just have more to deal with...
