Anger Management Support Group
Anger management commonly refers to therapeutic techniques by which someone with excessive or uncontrollable anger can control or reduce their emotions. Typical examples include the use of deep breathing and meditation as a means to relaxation. Psychologists recommend a balanced approach, which both controls the emotion and allows it to express itself in a healthy way.
School IMO is a good place to start. LOL, you are probably paying for that service anyway in the cost of your tuition. (My school has a Health Fee, I've argued with them that I don't want to pay it because I have insurance but they say they have to collect it anyway, SO, I go to that therapist, just because I've paid for it, haha).
Anyway, a few other things you could do, are there any clinics in your area that charge on a 'sliding scale'? Or professional associations that you can call to get a recommendation. Maybe on line look up (whatever the name is) association of Physiologists to find one.
Thanks.
Thanks for the helpful suggestions.
