This is a reoccuring problem. I take shit from everyone all the time and just brush it off like it means nothing to me, when it really does. I get to a point where i cant take it anymore and end up hurting some one, or myself. I dont know how to let it come and go. It just comes and keeps building. I tried drinking to forget about it, but now i have 2 underage drinking tickets. I need to find a method to let my anger go gradually instead of all at once.
