Anger management commonly refers to therapeutic techniques by which someone with excessive or uncontrollable anger can control or reduce their emotions. Typical examples include the use of deep breathing and meditation as a means to relaxation. Psychologists recommend a balanced approach, which both controls the emotion and allows it to express itself in a healthy way.
Just something to think about. Plus, if you're pregnant, from what I know about pregnancy, the hormones can really get wacky so try to give yourself a break in that regard.

I am looking for other ways to get out my frustrations and practicing not doing anything before I react. I am blown around like a leaf in the wind by everything! I want to be more like a rock. A solid rock that reacts rationally and calmly.

My plan for reducing anger is to evaluate my level of anger periodically throughout the day and if I feel myself reaching higher levels, do something productive to counteract the negative angry feelings. Maybe some deep breathing exercises would help you. Or force yourself to think about the positive attributes of whoever you are about to blow up at.
