I can't let things go. I really have trouble with that. When I get angry, I really get angry. I mull over in my mind the things that were said or done, and the more I play it over in my mind, the more furious I become. I don't swear profusely, at the object of my anger, I don't hit things, or people. What I do is fume for a day or two, and then go for the jugular with well worded insults. There are certain things, two things especially, that trigger my wrath. After I unleash, I feel fine. Do I need anger management, or am I entitled to my anger? There are a few things, I can't tolerate and I don't think I ever will. Help!
