Anger Management Support Group
Anger management commonly refers to therapeutic techniques by which someone with excessive or uncontrollable anger can control or reduce their emotions. Typical examples include the use of deep breathing and meditation as a means to relaxation. Psychologists recommend a balanced approach, which both controls the emotion and allows it to express itself in a healthy way.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
recently that happened to my son. so they were gonna fight and my son didn't back down, really, but then the other kids ended up apologizing and trying to make peace with my son.
last school year, there was a kid in my son's class that would diss him all the time and would slap him and stuff. so my son caught him in the hall and confronted him and told him if he really wanted to fight to bring it on..unofortunately my son got caught pushing the kid 4 times on the video cameras. he ended up getting suspended for 10 school days and had disorderly conduct charges pressed on him. i watched the video and really i believe the school and the authorities were over reacting. the teacher rearranged the seating after my son came back to school. and my son and that kid are civil to eachother now. but my son paid a big price in standing up for himself.
wish i could give you some magical advice. and i wish you the best.
