Anger Management Support Group
Anger management commonly refers to therapeutic techniques by which someone with excessive or uncontrollable anger can control or reduce their emotions. Typical examples include the use of deep breathing and meditation as a means to relaxation. Psychologists recommend a balanced approach, which both controls the emotion and allows it to express itself in a healthy way.

Until this guy from the gym suggested pills to me, put them on reserve for me and keeps telling me to go get them, he said I need to lose 10-15 lbs. Today he called me and kept telling me I needed to lose that weight. If I lost that, I'd be under the normal weight for my height, and I'd be losing mostly muscle. He has said really hurtful comments and I was getting a lot of my self esteem back, now it's just plummeting back down. Ouch.

that guys isn't really helpful...don't listen to his hurtful comments...he's not a very good trainer if he relishes in negative reinforcement...if you aren't comfortable with the pills, don't take them....personally, i don't like weight loss pills.....hang in there and keep pressing on....you are going to the gym to build up your self esteem, you don't need it torn down by hurtful and shaming words....

I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
