
Anger Management Support Group
Anger management commonly refers to therapeutic techniques by which someone with excessive or uncontrollable anger can control or reduce their emotions. Typical examples include the use of deep breathing and meditation as a means to relaxation. Psychologists recommend a balanced approach, which both controls the emotion and allows it to express itself in a healthy way.
I don't think you necessarily have to be UNhappy to be here. I belong to this community and I am a generally happy person, but I have my moments!!!! I defintately will not feed into the threads on here that PROMOTE anger and violent thoughts as I have seen some of them talking about lately, but other than that, it is nice to help others when we have the insight to do so, and I'm ALWAYS up for new tips on how people can better manage their anger. That is why I am here.
