Anger Management Support Group
Anger management commonly refers to therapeutic techniques by which someone with excessive or uncontrollable anger can control or reduce their emotions. Typical examples include the use of deep breathing and meditation as a means to relaxation. Psychologists recommend a balanced approach, which both controls the emotion and allows it to express itself in a healthy way.
Likely if your parents are telling you that you have problems controlling your anger, you may want to look into some techniques to help you deal with things a little better.
Just a few questions...I can not answer the question...I feel like I would need some more info.
If you find the following things to be the case, you probably have an anger management problem:
You throw things at others when they do something to bug you.
You find yourself yelling a lot in response to anger (rather than calm, rational, reasoned replies)
You hit people or things or break stuff.
You "stuff" your emotions until you're ready to burst, then you just let it go and get VERY ANGRY.
If you do any of these things, you probably have an anger problem. Sounds like you've got some issues at home that are hard for you. Perhaps you should seek some outside help (friend, counselor, mentor). Good luck. Take care.

p.s. The reason I know so much is that my "beau" has a REAL anger problem and it's not too tolerable for me.
I have ticked three off the list.
It really depends on who upsets me, then I respond accordinly, which is still pretty bad. LoL.
