Anger Management Support Group
Anger management commonly refers to therapeutic techniques by which someone with excessive or uncontrollable anger can control or reduce their emotions. Typical examples include the use of deep breathing and meditation as a means to relaxation. Psychologists recommend a balanced approach, which both controls the emotion and allows it to express itself in a healthy way.

If I can get to the gym, I run to the point of exhaustion, hit the punching bag, do kick boxing, or challenge someone to play badminton/table tennis with me.
I am a shyt driver, so back home when I need to clear my head, I like to drive really fast on deserted roads and push myself to the limits.
When I can, I go to my "spot" with a notebook and just scribble whatever comes to mind while I enjoy the peace and view.
I listen to Rock or any angry song that suits my mood beautifully and sing at the top of my lungs.
I throw darts, I scream into my pillow, I take long showers and wash my hair, I over eat...No one thing works.
