i had a fight with my mom today. i got so made i threw my school binder all over the room. how can i deal with my anger without screwing things up? its my mom is being so annoying latley and it is killing me!!! What can i do?

I am assuming big time here but you could try: Doing your chores without being nagged, you could not come home stoned, you could probably stop ditching?, you could probably do a lot of things that at thirteen you think interfeer with the fun of life but infact would probably make your life easier if you just took it like a man - that is how you want to be treated right? instead of like a kid? the trick is - you stop acting like a kid and the mum has to back off coz she got nothin to bitch at you about. Basically if you give her reason to be dissapointed or untrusting she ganna be on your case mate. Play her game - give her less to be shitty about!

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse.
