Anger Management Support Group
Anger management commonly refers to therapeutic techniques by which someone with excessive or uncontrollable anger can control or reduce their emotions. Typical examples include the use of deep breathing and meditation as a means to relaxation. Psychologists recommend a balanced approach, which both controls the emotion and allows it to express itself in a healthy way.

So, I'm sitting here, reading other topics and what not, minding my own business.
My son is next to me, playing a game on the computer, click click click of the mouse.
My dog is on the floor, eating. Crunch crunch smack crunch.

Augh!!!!!! My skin is still crawling. Shaking and twitching, almost, from the sound. It's gone, but oooh. Like fingernails down the chalk board or something.

Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
