I seem to have problems keeping my anger under control when I disagree with my girlfriend. I'm not sure why it's only with her, but it's causing a lot of trouble lately. We have been together for almost 2 years and it has been happening off and on throughout the relationship. Yelling, screaming, name calling, that sort. However, it has escalated in the last 3 or 4 months to the point that I think I may be single within the next few weeks if I don't get it under control. I love my girl, we've been talking about getting married for the last 6 or 7 months, I don't want to lose her. I know that 'traditional' forms of 'treatment' (medications, therapists...etc.) are the norm, but in the absence of the time/funds to acquire these, what should I do?

This test went HORRIBLY. They were about 20 seconds or so into...
