I am trying to teach my son (11) to control his anger. I always thought that since I only rarely lost my temper in front of my boys, that I was setting a good example. What I have seen is that, although rare, it was the excessivness of my anger that they still learned and picked up. My youngest is 7 and he is just more a spoiled brat, very well behaved at school, he just gets upset about not getting his way. We are working on this. The oldest, bullys, picks fights, disrespect adults. He does things, I never exposed him to. I still take alot of the responsibility for the way he is. Anyway, Im just wondering if anyone is dealing with an angry child? If so any suggestions? Thx!

I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
