Throughout my years of battlling depression and anger, I discovered that some depression can be internalized anger. So, I figured I have the cure, I just need to express my emotions, let my anger out and I'll be fine. Wrong, I can't release my emotions that way, it I unleash my anger its a nasty storm that I can't control, I say and do things I would never dream of inflicting on another, but in this state I am wicked. That's why I keep it inside, rather try to keep it to myself, but it always escapes.
