Anger Management Support Group
Anger management commonly refers to therapeutic techniques by which someone with excessive or uncontrollable anger can control or reduce their emotions. Typical examples include the use of deep breathing and meditation as a means to relaxation. Psychologists recommend a balanced approach, which both controls the emotion and allows it to express itself in a healthy way.
> okay...but how many of you
> stay angry for days and

> talk to them and treat

Ok, back to the orginal question ... Love comes and goes. Maybe at those times there is no love, so you are right. They don't have love at that time. All I can say is what is happening with me. I live with someone who always makes me angry. I say I hate him at times. But it's been on going for so long I don't know anymore. I just make the best of what I'm living with now. Tommorow, who knows? So any given moment things change. I just go through the motions. Don't know what I feel. I do my thing, he does his and we just live in the same house.
I guess what I'm saying is, there's no love. Just do things that make you happy and don't worry about it. Who cares if there's love or not?
