Aneurysms Support Group
An aneurysm (or aneurism) is localized, blood-filled dilation (bulge) of a blood vessel caused by disease or weakening of the vessel wall. Aneurysms most commonly occur in arteries at the base of the brain and in the aorta - this is an aortic aneurysm. This bulge in a blood vessel can burst and lead to death at any time.

I am not sure this is right......but I have seen 3 doctors already..the first doctor was nice, young and had information just didn't seem like it was enough....granted he was the first doctor...
My mother is a nurse, and with others and her suggesting I see these two top doctors....I do have insurance but these two doctors are out of my network...
I did get approved to see the one Dr. Fessler and he suggested an ANGIOGRAM...I was also approved to have him do the procedure...thank GOD
I was then asked by him to see the other top doctor Dr. Diaz, I was approved once to see him...I was told by Dr. Fessler to do nothing at this time, due to how large and rare mine is ....Dr. Diaz wanted to check out the ANGIOGRAM and it was not at the office the day I was there....the insurance company will not let me go back to see DR. Diaz....I am not happy....
Ok here is the scoop..after I saw the first Doctor Dr. KOLE , i had this overwhelming calm to have nothing done...(remember this is the first doctor and I wasn't totally sure about anything)..My mother and husband wanted something to be done they were both scared to death...I said no....
After seeing Doctor Fessler and he said do nothing , but lets get an ANGIOGRAM first I was like see , I was good with my decision on doing nothing......
SO I went and had the angiogram, and he told my mother and husband that is was and was not a grave situation and that it was huge and "something" later on NEEDS to be done....
DR. DIAZ as I said earlier thinks maybe, (he needs to see the angiogram first, but I cannot go back to him due to insurance co.) said maybe a clipping could be done......TALK about confused.......
Now back to the insurance co...I have a insurance with aw "NETWORK" of doctors and a certain hospital in the network....You can change networks along with your primary doctor at the begining of a new month....BUT SINCE THIS IS A LIFE THREATENING CONDITION they will not let me out of my network....Therefore I need to find yet another doctor I can trust....
HAS ANYONE been through any of this..and I have major stress and anxiety and depression due to the aneurysm......any advise?????

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
hugs to you
