I was wondering how many have anemia due to having have periods? I've had heavy periods for a few years now and towards the end of last year was told I was anemic due to loss of blood. At first they had no clue why so they did a bunch of tests and basicly all the tests they did came up normal so they have pinned it down to my periods. My Doc. put me on BC Pills to regulate my periods and also on Iron and both have been working. Basicly what i'm getting at is how are you handling the situation? Please feel free to private message me. I'm also always looking to add friends that are dealing with the things i'm dealing with.

I miss traveling with my husband. Has anyone found a specific site regarding cruising for widow/widowers or any sightseeing trips. Not interested in being with couples and kids,,,I realize a cruise ship will have a portion size of families and couples, but perhaps they also put together a part of the cruise ship for groups of widows/widowers????
