I am confused, for over a year now I have had some sort of iron deficiancy, they say my iron levels are ok, could be higher, but that's not the main problem- something about my heamoglobin not having enough oxygen? Does anyone know what this means? Am I actually anemic? I am also looking for recomendations on what kind of iron supplement works for you, I don't know what one I was on when I was pregnant but it made me so severly constipated that I thought I was in labour! The pain was awful so in the 15 months or so that I have needed these supplements, I have only taken them for a few weeks before giving up. I would now like to try again. Lastly, did you notice a big change in your health/how you felt, once you started the iron? Thanks guys!
