Hi Guys, Well the tough girl has plateaued BIG TIME! Anyways, my stump became incredible rashy and itchy. I ALWAYS wash and rotate my liners. It looked as though I had full blown poison ivy! ITCHED like a @#$%. So after failed self treatment I saw my DR with whom I work with, ( if I had to make an actual appt it would not have never happened :) So she takes one look and says holy #$%@! She then puts me on Clindamycin 4x day x 5 days, and an antifungal thrush topical.Remeber, I'm a nurse! I'm on day 2 of meds and I feel like I'm walking on my stump for the first time. Really weird! Help! I'm stumped, kidding, I am truly baffled.
