I am a BBW (big beautiful woman, 5'7" 260lbs, used to be 360 but lost 110 lbs before bka). I have a tremendous problem with balance. PT has worked with me, to no apparent avail as of yet, but I could use mor PT. Also I have a endurance problem, as I am out of shape and my leg(s) are weak. I am unable to walk outside, and must sit in a wheelchair to prepair my meals. I am VERY afraid of falling, SO EMBARESSING!!!! Don't get me wrong, if there was a fire, I would walk ot of here with my walker and take a chance of falling AFTER I got outside, but I need ANY ADVICE I can get. Thinking about getting a Chuck Norris Total Gym to work on my leg strength, but it looks like it is very low to the ground, and with weak legs I dont think I can manage that. Any Advice gang???
