I have a Alpha silacone sleeve. I use a older easier, looser one around the house, beczuse its easier to get on and off with my back problems. I save the one that fits really well for going out in public. The looser one get air in it and "farts" shen I walk. The problem is, the tightly fitting one will do it to a much smaller degree too. I make my son guess if "is it real, or is it memorex" and bet a nickel on the correct answer. LOL, but does this happen to you??? I know NEVER to use powder with this sleeve; it would just puff clouds of powder everywhere, and I would probibly slip out of the liner and fall on my A--!!! Love to All

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...

I also wear an Alpha Liner so maybe this has something to do with the liner itself.
I sleep bare finally. It took about 3 months until I didn't have to wear a shrinker. I hated wearing that thing. Mine was a nylon and very tight. It did work though and was needed.
