Was just wondering if anyone wears "Crocs" and if it is hard to walk in them? I know they have the part on them that you could put in the back to hold them on, but just wondering since they aren't flat soled if it would be difficult. I found a pair that looks like sandals and was excited but a litle bit apprehensive about the sole. I miss my flip flops and these looked about close to anything that I could get to stay on the foot. LOL.

I have my maxed amount of epidural shots of my cervical DDD....(and no one cares about my lumbar DDD)..... I've done physical therapy, muscle relaxers, Amitriptyline, Nortryptiline, desipramine.....narcotics... So I decided to go to a spine specialist and they have me on Gabapentin. Its been two weeks and it did nothing for my lumbar ever... but it did seem to help my cervical and arm/hand pain...
