Thank you so much for all of your advice.
I typed up a letter today and mailed it to the Social Services dept. I also faxed it so they would get it today. I kept it anonymous because I didn't want my aunt to know it was me. Only my husband and I know it was me.
I didn't call and do it because I didn't think I could without crying... so I just faxed and mailed it. If nothing happens soon, I will call.
But I got the ball rolling - hopefully.
I will keep you updated on what happens.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. It's a mind boggling transition in your reality to suddenly be the adult in a situation where all the adults around you are incapacitated or in denial.
It was the loving thing to do. Don't be afraid.
I hope that social services responds soon and can find your grandparents a good place.
