We're looking for get financial help for my brother and my mother through a reverse mortgage on her house. Mom has been declared incompetent and my brother is her caregiver, I am co-executor along with him on her estate. Dad's passed on. Our sister (youngest in the family) only cares about her inheritance and is causing problems. She couldn't get any of us to believe her latest schemes about my brother so she's called in Adult Protective Services. Has anyone had to deal with a rogue sibling? How did you resolve the issue?
