Now, you are all going to have to make some decisions about long-term care, and what to do right now, as far as who will take care of her, and how to set things up. At some point, someone will need legal authority to make decisions for her. But the main thing is just to be there for her, and prepare yourself for what this illness will do to her, and to your family. May I be the first to send my condolences.

Now, you have a reason for how she is. It is called Alzheimers. I understand how you must be feeling right now. Don't try and do everything by yourself. Get support for her, you, and whoever else is going to be taking care of her. The more you understand this disease and support you receive, the easier it will be for all of you. We are here for you too.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse.
