I needed their suppport to help me through the tough times. Because of their patience and help I very seldom struggle with the thought of drinking or drugging. Today I am now able to share with others what works for me and also suppport them while they do what they think will work for them. The bottom line is- if it is working stick with it, when and if it stops working remember to be open to something else.
