He has lost many jobs, and alienated many people who genuinely cared about him. He has gone through detox and rehabs a number of times. Presently he is taking naltrexone but has been drinking anyway. He is miserable, but seemingly not capable of quitting. Is this a will power problem? Is there a physical reason why he won't stop? Please, any info!!!!!
