I am genuinely interested to know at what time of day you feel you really need a drink (even if it's the morning) and what you feel triggers it.Also,is there anything that helps? Mine tends to be about 8.30 pm at night. I work all day and try not to drink before then.But I can feel myself thinking, what shall I drink this evening? It might be boredom. Then I end up staying up a bit and being tired the next day.
