My Fyance went on a two week binge, then decided to quit again. (Thank to the Lord, Amen) He was having a ton of anxiety, imagining he was going to die from a seizure. After 3-5 days of that, he's finally calmed down enough to lay still & watch tv/ponder things while watching the TV. Any suggestions on how I can help. When I ask him he says "nothing, honey."
