Alcoholism Support Group
Alcoholism is the continued consumption of alcoholic beverages, even when it is negatively affecting your health, work, relationships and life. If you think alcohol is causing you to lose control, it's time to seek help. Our group is a safe place to vent, check in, get back up if you fall, and reach sobriety.

I just wanted to say thank you to everyone who has given me support since I joined. I think that we need to realize how important it is to support others and be supported ourselves. That is the key is having someone to listen to you that understands where you are, no matter what point you are at in your recovery. I am thankful that I found this site and that I have found new friends who care. So thank you all again :)

Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
