hey i just wanted to ask if neone drinks tea? (hot or cold) i started drinkin it @ nite b4 bed, instead of a 30 pack! neway, just thot id recommend givin it a try, it does wonders 4 me. theres so many awesome flavors.Celestial Seasons has this "sleepy time" kind that really helps me to relax. a new one ive discovered is Pomegranate Pizzazz. (made by Bigelow). im certain u all r probably thinkin "this chic is certifiable!" or jsut has nothing better to do then recommend TEA! its just that i was so accustomed to constantly havin a beer in my hand (especially @ nite) that i just had to find something to replace it, so tea it is! and as if exchanging TEA 4 BEER was fabulous enuf, the damn tea is actually GOOD for me. who would of guessed that i would do to two good things for MYSELF all @ the same time! lol neway run out and get ya'll some damn TEA. God Bless U and ME!!!!

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
And something relaxing near bedtime great, drink lots meself, and people still talk to me, so it can't be that bad can it.

You've got to keep hydrated to be healthy and it will help your blood pressure, your liver function, your kidney function, clear your skin, make you eat less, and help your joints stop aching.

Milk is my new substitute which may explain why I've been sleeping like a rock lately lol.
