I've been reading some posts and noticed that the replies usually get into serious debates or disagreements on something that had nothing to do with the origional post. For example person "x" writes a post about how lovely their day has been and they are sharing how the sun shining and starts saying why they feel that way then like 5 replies into it person "z" and person "y" will be debating about why soy milk is better that regular milk. I hope my little example sorta makes sense. Lol. Well, my suggestion is to start a rants and raves post. Or a debates post or something. I see that theres a big debate here on AA vs NonAA. There could be a discission towards pros, cons, alternative, whatever. Sharing suggestions and opinions (not disrespecting and putting others down). Maybe it'll work or maybe it won't. But @ least it'll give some respect to the origional postee who just wants to share how they are doing.

I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
