I still am having a hard time not looking at my past and what damage I have done to my family and friends. I know I should not dwell on this, but sometimes I get in that mind set. I must talk about it, know I should turn it over, Keep it in today, and concentrate on staying sober one day at a time. It is just hard when I have damaged my daughters so much. I must find strenth to show them I can overcome. What have others done to let go of past wrong doings? So many were in a black out, waking up to bruises, hospitals!
