well its me again, judy! i have to pick up sons girlfriend from detox this afternoon after lunch. she has refused all instay anywhere. they have her on contril [sp] and antibuse again. has anyone here had any luck staying sober on these meds. with her liver spitting into her system from all the heavy drinking does she really have a chance of staying sober on these meds???? she said she will go to AA meetings again. the last time she did that, her and her sponser just rode around in the city looking at new houses. at what point will we beable to believe her that she is really going to these meetings and not doing something else. have anyone of you had good success with the AA meeting as far as support??? she is also back on her bi-polar meds and her lamictol for sleeping. i know i asked a lot of questions here, but after 13 years of trying to help her i am at a loss here. thank you soooooo much!!!! love judy
